The Wilcox Chisel Series 1000, 2000 and 3000 have been designed and engineered to broaden grower benefits as a result of field chiseling operations.

All chisels offered in this series cost effectively loosen compacted soil area, meeting low draft requirements and producing the best possible field finish.

The Wilcox desgined shank combines with the Wilcox STAGGERED CONCEPT™ in the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series to maximize clod-free field finish. This unique combination also promotes soil fracturing and aeration, which increases water retention and improves leaching of salts out of the root zone.

The STAGGERED CONCEPT™ was developed by Wilcox Agri-Products as a chiseling operation tillage system solution to increase grower profitability through increased production and better ground finish .

It’s engineered design allows for maximum soil fracturing action between shanks, which has a profound impact on maximizing tractor horsepower efficiency and effective soil depth impacted by the shanks.

• The staggered configuration doubles shank-to-shank clearance, resulting in improved trash clearance flow and soil flow.
• This configuration greatly reduces clods from the seed bed surface.
• Peak centers common with v-chisels are virtually eliminated.
